Siren Setting
I wanted the table to feel like we were under water or in a mermaids cave – silver treasure and ‘thinga mabobs’ that reflect light. Shells & pearls scattered on the table like the ocean floor.
Everything is about the detail: I collected silver pieces, jewelry, made name cards from oysters, made shell & oyster candles, made & hung Capiz shell decor around the food buffet. And of course, I love to cook so I had an elaborate meal with relevant on theme dishes.
